Brad became a licensed Realtor® in November of 1989 after graduating high school and worked primarily with new construction for several years
In 1997, Brad began working in the management of overnight rentals and investment cabins in Pigeon Forge
Brad began working for Eagles Ridge Resort in 1999, focusing on owner relations and quality control. This gave him a unique insight into the inner workings of the management business from both the company point of view, as well as the owner's.
Brad served as President of the Great Smoky Mountain Association of Realtors® for 2008
