I was raised in a military family, went to 8 schools in 13 years and moved back home to East Tennessee when my Dad retired from the United States Air Force after 27 years. I have lived in the Powell/Claxton area since I moved here in 1989. I have been married since May of 1991 and have a beautiful daughter, who is an attorney. I have a wonderful son-in-law, a grand-dog and two grand-cats. I also have one dog and one cat. I am a lover of all animals. I am a board member for the Tn Radio Hall of Fame and I love and support several charities, including St Jude Children's Research Hospital, World Vision, Holt International and Blue Ridge Broadcasting Company (Billy Graham). I have been a hairdresser and I worked in radio for 25 years before moving over to real estate. I have always been a people person and I love serving others. I love being able to help people achieve their goals. I enjoy being part of the team at Travis Powell Properties, where we serve Anderson County, Blount County, Knox County, Loudon County, Union County, Fountain City, the Powell Community and Halls Crossroads.
