Amanda was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. She briefly attended the University of Tennessee before transferring to and graduating from West Virginia University with a degree in Communications. Post-graduation, Amanda worked for Chicago Title Insurance and later First American Title, learning the title and closing side of the real estate business. After having children, Amanda branched out into small business ownership by opening and operating a preschool franchise in Columbus, Ohio. In 2012 Amanda and her family relocated from Columbus to Knoxville to launch the preschool franchise in a new market. She would eventually operate two West Knoxville locations before selling to an employee in 2022 to explore new pursuits. After exiting the education industry, she decided to pursue her true passion by getting her Real Estate license.

Amanda has been around real estate most of her life. Her parents own a custom building & development company which they operate with her three younger brothers, a cousin and a few uncles in Ohio (Dayton & Columbus), Tennessee (Knoxville & Norris Lake) and Florida (Vero Beach). She has personally bought, built, renovated and sold numerous homes, and even a few commercial buildings, and has a passion for high quality construction. She is excited to leverage her unique experience and knowledge of the industry to help buyers and sellers achieve their dreams.

Amanda lives in the Bearden area of West Knoxville with her husband, two boys and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family on Norris Lake and traveling to new places. She and her husband currently operate a local dog daycare franchise in Bearden and plan to open several more sites across Knoxville in the coming years.
